Sebastian's Bistro, the table service restaurant at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, is ending its lunch service this month. As of January 27, guests will only be able to dine at Sebastian's for dinner.
After a VERY long construction project, we're excited to report that Sebastian's Bistro is opening Monday, October 8, at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. This new waterfront table service restaurant will be located in the Old Port Royale section of the resort.
While construction is on-going at Caribbean Beach Resort we do have some updates about the new dining concepts coming to the resort. The new casual, table service restaurant will be called Sebastian's Bistro and will replace the former table service location Shutters.
