After a VERY long construction project, we’re excited to report that Sebastian’s Bistro is opening Monday, October 8, at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
This new waterfront table service restaurant will be located in the Old Port Royale section of the resort.
Sebastian’s Bistro will feature a Caribbean feel and flavors and will resemble a “tropical beachfront home,” with coral patterns, kelp filigree, and nautical art and designs. The restaurant will be located on the waterfront of the hotel.
The menu will feature Latin and Caribbean-inspired cuisine including Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls, Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce, Arepa, Skirt Steak “Chimichurri”, Citrus-Stuffed Sustainable Whole Fish, and Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales.
Island-inspired cocktails and mocktails will also be on the menu along with kids’ meals and desserts.
Advance Dining Reservations are now available online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
We’re still waiting on word regarding the opening of Centertown Market and more at the resort.
