Caribbean Cay is an island in Barefoot Bay between Jamaica/Aruba and Old Port Royale. There are lots of swings, a few picnic tables and hammocks, and some covered areas to sit. Nothing super fun to do on the island, but it'd be a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon, have a picnic, or read a book. Check out the info and pics here: Caribbean Cay
